Compensation:

Compensation is determined based on experience, within a range of $102k$115k

Benefits:
Medical:
80% of monthly medical premium costs covered for single plans, 75% covered for individual plans
CHCB covers 80% of the Deductible costs for a single plan and 75% of the deductible costs for a family plan through a Benefit Debit Card.

Dental:
Preventive dental services covered 100%, basic dental services covered 80% and major dental services covered at 50%.

Vision:
Yearly eye exam $10 deductible, lenses covered in full, $150 frame allowance. Frames or lenses subject to $25
deductible. Contact lenses reimbursed $150 if elective, if medically necessary, covered in full.
