DETAILS:
Supervises and provides clinical direction to the clinical staff including RNs, LPNs, and Medical Assistants
Assesses physical and psycho-social health status through medical history and physical examination
Triages, diagnoses and treats illness and physical conditions within the specialty area of practice
Orders and interpret laboratory tests

QUALIFICATIONS:
NY License REQUIRED
5 years experience in Community Health PREFERRED
