DETAILS:
Assess psycho-social health status through medical history and physical examination
Triage, diagnose and treat illness and behavioral health conditions within the specialty area of practice
Teach and counsel patients, families, and groups
Perform therapeutic and corrective measures including prescribing medication and providing preventive health maintenance and education

QUALIFICATIONS:
NY License REQUIRED
5 years experience in Community Health PREFERRED
