Base salary $96,700 - $137,000/yr
Annual bonuses up to $20,000

Responsibilities:
Provides direct care and education to Health Center patients and ensures continuity and quality of care.
The provider will have a solid understanding of patient needs and will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to co-manage primary care patients.
Qualifications
Required:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in Primary Care.
Massachusetts (MA) certification in Expanded Role from Board of Registration in Nursing.
MA Nursing License
MA NP Certification
Current MA Controlled Substance Registration (MCSR) and DEA registration
PCP candidates must be eligible for Full Practice Authority in the state of Massachusetts
Preferred:
Understanding of ambulatory family practice health care program administration and clinical operations preferred.
Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
