Compensation:

First-year salary guarantee- $275,000 plus all collections above salary and expenses
The expectation for first-year income is around $350,000

Medical directorships are contracted with two dialysis providers and are managed both independently by the physicians and the practice. To be discussed with the senior physician.

Join our growing organization where you will have a full practice from day one
Our practice has a 2-month wait time for non-urgent patients
Practice will be an equal mix of hospital intense medicine, office/teaching/outreach, and dialysis practice.

50-50 critical care/nephrology
No internal medicine
Some procedures

Practice Volume:
300+ ESRD, including Home and PD
New office consults are about 100 per month on average
Hospital consults average 30 per week
The average inpatient hospitals census is 50

Qualifications:
Ideally BC/BE in nephrology and critical care
Willing to consider nephrologists with excellent clinical skills or true interest in expanding their skill set, and a willingness and interest in critical care
Licensed in California (highly preferred but will consider strong candidates in the application process)
