AccessHealth is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support providers, nurses, and patients within a collaborative clinical environment. Responsibilities include rooming patients, documenting chief complaints and vital signs, assisting with examinations and procedures, performing waived laboratory testing and phlebotomy, preparing and sterilizing instruments, scheduling followup appointments, and maintaining fully stocked exam rooms. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program, and possess Medical Assistant certification. One year of experience is preferred.
