Compensation:


Base salary up to $250k plus bonus opportunities; Negotiable based on experience
Partners have potential earnings up to $900,000

Our privately owned practice provides the perfect opportunity for those looking to have freedom and autonomy over how their practice is run.
Partnership track available; $60,000 buy-in with the compensation based on collections minus the overhead and rainy day (contingency) fund.

Daily patient visits are a mix of new patient appointments/wellness visits: 45-60 minutes, follow-up patient appointments: 15-30 minutes, sick and review visits: 15 minutes.

Each provider has a dedicated medical assistant.

Requirements:
Physician must be board certified before they start practicing.
Eligible for or have active AZ license
