Compensation is negotiable and based on experience, with a starting range of $192k-$245k
Willing to compensate experienced providers based on credentials and the ability to supervise team members
Production incentives are available to those that embody a strong work ethic and provide care within the community

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Confident and comfortable treating both adult and geriatric patients
Develops a plan of care for each patient, including complete medical history, physician examination, diagnosis, appropriate treatment, and/or referral, including hospitalization, when necessary.
Uses all available resources and treatment, such as lab and radiological testing, appropriately and cost-effectively.
Completes EMR according to practice standards and closes charts within the appropriate time frame.
Is well versed in relevant outpatient medicine and diagnoses such as COPD, hypertension, diabetes, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Understands the mission and practice of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
Comfortable in outpatient medicine and able to communicate effectively with a varied patient panel
BE/BC
Will accept new grads
Licensed in VA
