Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Palliative Care physician to join our team in Lafayette, IN.
Physician will join a strong team of five Nurse Practitioners, two Physicians, an onsite chaplain, and a social worker.
National Catholic Bioethics certification, preferred
