Call Schedule:
1 in every 5th week (continuous rotation). Consists of taking calls after clinic hours and during the day even if on clinic to cover for needs when other Dr. is out of office. Consists of calls from incoming physicians concerning patients.
Loan Repayment
Sign-On Bonus: $100000
Compensation:
Compensation is based on an annual salary range, starting at $260,000.
RVU incentive bonus structure supported.
Additional compensation provided for ER call
$100,000 recruitment sign-on bonus for qualified candidates (tied to an annual agreement upon signing)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide acute office visits, physicals, new patient visits, annual wellness visits, medicare wellness visits, and follow-up on established visits
Provide treatment in an outpatient setting by establishing care focused on treating adults. Prevent, diagnose, and treat diseases that afflict all adults, from chronically ill patients to short-term care
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Indiana state licensed
