Leadership focused Adult Medicine opportunity combining approximately 70% clinical care with 30% administrative responsibilities. Provide primary care while leading clinical quality initiatives, developing evidence-based guidelines, supporting peer review and patient safety, and partnering with Quality, Population Health, Compliance/Risk Management, and site leadership.
* Reports to the Chief Medical Officer
* Lead quality improvement and population health initiatives
* Help develop clinical guidelines and provider education
* Participate in peer review, patient safety, and clinical privilege processes
* Provide team based primary care with continuity of care
* Board certification required
* 2+ years of primary care experience in a community health setting required
* Quality/safety methodology and interdisciplinary leadership experience preferred
* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
