RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing direct patient care, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic illnesses.
Supervision of students
Perform EKG and pulmonary function test interpretation.
Non-invasive evaluation of gynecologic patients.
Treatment of uncomplicated dermatological conditions.
Treatment of acute back and neck pain, bursitis, tendonitis, tennis elbow, joint aspirations, abscess, etc.
Perform excision and removal of foreign bodies from eyes and ears.
Perform suturing of simple lacerations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Infectious Disease background/focus
LA license
Federal and state DEA Certificates
Graduate of an accredited medical school
