Fellowship training in Geriatric Medicine not required; Family Medicine or Internal Medicine candidates with a strong interest/experience in Geriatrics are welcome to apply
Join an experienced team of Physician and Advance Practice Providers supported by clinic support staff: 1 RN and 1 Patient Service Rep

Nursing home admissions and rounding
Opportunity available for Medical Directorship of three areas Nursing Homes for additional stipend related to the Medical Directorship responsibilities
