Additional Info:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Provide outpatient GI and Hepatology care at UHealth Doral and/or Solé Miá in North Miami (9 half days weekly)
– Perform outpatient endoscopic and GI screening procedures
– Maintain outpatient clinic and endoscopy services at UHealth Doral/Solé Miá
– Participate in rotating night/weekend call coverage at UHT and JMH
– Rotate on inpatient GI services proportionate to other providers

QUALIFICATIONS:

– MD with completion of ACGMEaccredited Internal Medicine residency and GI fellowship
– BE/BC in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology/Hepatology
– Florida medical license (or eligibility prior to credentialing)
– Valid DEA license and current BLS/ACLS certification required
– Ability to provide recent procedural case logs for credentialing

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

– Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide highquality patient care
– Must maintain CME and institutional/state licensing requirements
– Timely documentation and encounter closure within 72
