RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide outpatient GI and Hepatology care at UHealth Doral and/or Solé Miá in North Miami (9 half days weekly)
Perform outpatient endoscopic and GI screening procedures
Maintain outpatient clinic and endoscopy services at UHealth Doral/Solé Miá
Participate in rotating night/weekend call coverage at UHT and JMH
Rotate on inpatient GI services proportionate to other providers

QUALIFICATIONS:

MD with completion of ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency and GI fellowship
BE/BC in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology/Hepatology
Florida medical license (or eligibility prior to credentialing)
Valid DEA license and current BLS/ACLS certification required
Ability to provide recent procedural case logs for credentialing

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide high-quality patient care
Must maintain CME and institutional/state licensing requirements
