PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide outpatient Hepatology care primarily at University of Miami Hospital & Clinics
Perform routine endoscopic procedures for Hepatology patients
Provide rotating inpatient coverage on APP-run Hepatology service
Participate in call rotation
Opportunities for clinical research participation
Teach residents and fellows
QUALIFICATIONS:
MD/DO with ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency
BE/BC in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology; Transplant Hepatology preferred
Florida medical license (or eligibility prior to credentialing)
Ability to provide recent procedural case logs
Strong clinical skills and commitment to quality patient care
Current BLS/ACLS and DEA license required
