DETAILS:
Promotes continuity of patient care by interacting and collaborating with other members of the healthcare team, including behavioral health and social services as appropriate
May assume responsibility for day-to-day supervision of physician assistants/nurse practitioners
We are open to 5, 8-hour shifts or 4, 10-hour shifts
Ambulatory call schedule 1:8 | RN Triage takes all first call | Provider back up call 1:8
