River Valley Health and Dental Center is seeking a family practice physician to provide quality medical services and patient care.

Promotes continuity of patient care by interacting and collaborating with other members of the healthcare team including behavioral health and social services as appropriate.
Adheres to current evidence-based clinical guidelines, standards of care, and standards of practice in the provision of health center services, as applicable.
May assume responsibility for day-to-day supervision of physician assistants/nurse practitioners.

Clinic Hours: Monday Thursday 8 am - 7 pm, Friday 8 am - 5 pm
