Compensation:

Up to $260,000 per year + eligible for annual performancebased increases

Eisner Health is seeking an experienced Family Physician who will provide services to underserved communities. This position provides multigenerational care in an environment that promotes excellent support services, including dental care, mental health, and social work support. A successful candidate will be responsible for providing the full range of comprehensive outpatient and family practice medical care, including direct patient care, multidisciplinary interaction with support services, and other clinical and administrative responsibilities.

Requirements include:

Must have a current license to practice medicine in the State of California.
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
Must have a current DEA License.
Proficient in English and medical Spanish, preferred.
Must possess a current CPR Certification.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families.
Experience working with Electronic Medical Records.
