The Family Medicine Regional Medical Director provides clinical leadership across Region #2 while maintaining an active Family Medicine practice.

Duties include:
Monitor regional quality measures and lead improvement efforts to meet or exceed national FQHC benchmarks.
Lead clinical peer review, chart audits, patient safety initiatives, and sentinel-event reviews
Partner with HR and clinical recruitment leadership on provider recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
Complete at least 8 hours of leadership development annually
Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region
