DETAILS:
Provide clinical leadership and direction to medical, nursing, and support staff
75/25 clinical vs Leadership time split to maintain a healthy panel
Provide and manage direct patient care, infants through the geriatric population
Mentor and support Advanced Practice Providers, promoting professional growth and teamwork
4 or 5-day work schedules available
EMR: Veradigm
Leadership experience required
Experience working in an FQHC or rural healthcare setting preferred
