DETAILS:
Obtains and documents health history, perform physical examinations, educates patients on preventative health measures
The Family Physician provides medical care, treatment, and counseling to a wide variety of ages in a family practice setting.
Work alongside our Community Health Workers team who assist our patient population and provide transportation and health care.
Candidates should be compassionate, willing to go the extra mile and provide unincumbered care
