DETAILS:
Provides primary (or specialty care as credentialed) to adults, children, or both on a scheduled as well as walk-in basis
Assists in the coordination of care for complex patients
Will work on an experienced team with other providers, as well as ample support staff
Optional call schedule for additional pay
Weekday only schedule for a healthy balance between career and personal time
English-Spanish bilingual desirable
