Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, provide comprehensive health care for patients as
established by clinic protocols, or according to community standards. These services include health
maintenance, acute episodic care, long term care of chronic illness, and patient education. Refer patients
to appropriate specialty physicians as necessary. This position is an integral part of the Patient Centered
Medical Home (PCMH).
Provides primary (or specialty care as credentialed) to adults, children, or both on a scheduled as well
as walk in basis.

Valid California License
Valid DEA License
BLS Certification
