Compensation is negotiable and based on experience, with a starting range of $192k-$245k
Willing to compensate experienced providers based on credentials and the ability to supervise team members
Production incentives are available to those that embody a strong work ethic and provide care within the community

As a community health center, it is critical that our providers understand our mission, values, and the community we serve.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Confident and comfortable treating patients through the lifespan
Develop a plan of care for each patient, including complete medical history, physician examination, diagnosis, appropriate treatment, and referral, including hospitalization, when necessary.
Uses all available resources and treatment, such as lab and radiological testing, appropriately and cost-effectively.
Completes EMR according to practice standards and closes charts within the appropriate time frame.
Is well versed in relevant outpatient medicine and diagnoses such as COPD, hypertension, diabetes, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
This is a high-priority need, and the hiring team is motivated to move quickly. Candidates must be able to start within 45 days.
Must be comfortable in outpatient medicine and in an FQHC environment
