DETAILS:
Comprehensive physical assessment; evaluating, diagnosing, and treating new and existing patients' health conditions
Support integration and collaboration of Primary Care Providers and Mental Health
Services
Initiating and interpreting labs and X-ray studies, including CTs & MRIs
Prescribing and referring patients for specialized consultation
Experience in a community health setting REQUIRED
