What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive primary care to an established panel of patients
Deliver preventive, chronic, and acute care with a focus on continuity
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in eClinicalWorks
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to achieve the best patient outcomes

Preferred Qualifications
BC/BE and NYS License
Updated BLS and infection control certificate
DEA certificate
Proficiency in Spanish or a Southeast Asian language is preferred.
Working knowledge of primary HIV medical care and LGBTQI care is a plus.
