This opportunity is primarily focused on adult/geriatric medicine who struggle with chronic illnesses and conditions.
Flexible schedule available, with a potential for 4-day workweek.
1 hour admin time per day, with 7 hours of patient interaction
Supported clinical environment with an integrated MA, RN, care manager, and frontline office staff
We see a diverse patient population speaking multiple languages: Spanish, Chinese, Cantonese, Creole,etc

QUALIFICATIONS:
New graduates accepted!
NYS licensed
Must be comfortable catering to a primarily adult population, with experience catering to chronic conditions (diabetes, COPD, etc)
Primarily adult medicine opportunity. Candidates must be willing to see an adult population
Bilingual providers are highly accepted!
