Monday through Friday | 8 hour shifts, 5 days a week | Part-time is 3, 8 hour shifts a week.

Call Schedule:

Weekend and Evening call by phone as assigned.

Loan Repayment

Sign-On Bonus: $10000

Compensation:

· $210,000.00 $230,000.00 annually
· Half of the sign on bonus is paid after 3 months of starting a position and the rest is paid after 6 months.

Additional Info:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide medical care in line with medical training to patients at the Center.
· Responsible for comprehensive recording of workup activities, diagnostic findings,
medical plans, & treatment follow up.
· Order, interpret & evaluate diagnostic tests as needed.
· Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and family treatment in conjunction with other staff to formulate comprehensive treatment & rehabilitative plans.
· Participate in the development/ implementation of new services, trainings and
quality improvement projects.
Mentor medical students at CCHP during their rotations, if applicable.

REQUIRED:
· Computer literacy & EHR experience
· Board Certified or eligible, in Family Medicine
· Valid NY state Medical License, DEA, & BLS certification
· Ability to work effectively with diverse populations

PREFERRED:
· 1 year working in a community health clinic or practice
· Addiction Medicine experience
· Spanish speaking
· AA/ HIV certified
