JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate will integrate with both the staff and community, immersing themselves amongst our diverse patient population, and has the ability to work independently and autonomously without additional supervision or oversight.
Must be comfortable seeing a variety of patients that include: Ethnically and socioeconomically diverse, LGBTQ, transgendered, and HIV population
Be part of a strong culture that is willing to work hard and support the community and its infrastructure
Provider must be willing to provide care to patients ranging from birth to adult
QUALIFICATIONS:
Comfortable with EMR system
Lives/ability to comfortably commute to our health center location
1 year minimum experience preferred
NY state licensed
