Compensation:
Earning potential exceeds $300,000
Annual base salary of $272,000 plus productivity incentive
Annual Quality Incentive of $5,000
Monthly oversight fee of $833 per month per advanced practice provider
Benefits:
Paid Time Off 25 days per year exclusive of six major holidays ( New Year, July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)
Annual CME/Dues & Licenses: 5 days paid and $2,500 per year for CME
$1,500 allowed for professional dues and License fees

You will conduct exams, order tests, and prescribe medicines or implement treatments.
Family doctors are expected to treat various medical conditions, develop long-term, personal relationships with their patients, produce individualized healthcare programs based on patient historical data, and offer continuous support and health management advice.
You should be proactive in building relationships and recommend external specialists when patients require treatment outside your medical purview.
Family doctors should take a vested interest in a patient's well-being.
This is achieved by demonstrating good listening skills, showing empathy and understanding, and communicating clearly and effectively.
Qualifications:
TX license
Board-certified or board eligible
Valid DEA registration number
Prior experience is beneficial
