We are experiencing significant growth and expansion and are seeking a Medical Director to direct the clinical delivery and coordinate the activities of physicians, advanced practice clinicians, clinical staff, and clinical operations. **Our clinics provide both primary care and urgent care.**

We are seeking someone credible, honest and authentic who is a strong collaborator and works to empower others.

Responsibilities:
Deliver medical care and clinical services such as cost management, utilization review, quality assurance, infection control, and medical protocol development
Oversee the clinical staff, including the recruiting and credentialing processes, training, ongoing education, and performance management.
Monitor the quality and appropriateness of medical care
Provide guidance and leadership for performance guidelines
Can work clinically but will work administratively 90% to 95% of the time.
