Compensation:
$200,000 $350,000 annually, with additional earning
potential through a productivity and bonus structure.

Patient Care & Clinical Services
• Provide high quality primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Refer patients to specialists and ancillary services when needed.
• Review and follow up on laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic test results in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive healthcare.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical documentation in accordance with organizational
policies.
• Participate in scheduled clinic sessions, including occasional extended hour clinics.
• Provide continuity of care for assigned patients and collaborate with other Physicians to
ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Leadership & Team Collaboration
• Work closely with nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health providers, and other
healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
