Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM with some Saturdays

Sign-On Bonus: $10000

Compensation:

Starting Annual Salary of $220,000 to $250,000, Based on Experience
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Relocation Assistance up to $7,500
Quarterly productivity bonuses available

DETAILS:
Provide continuous, comprehensive primary care for infants, children, youth, and adults according to current standards of care
Make diagnoses and prescribe medication as necessary
Provide clinical direction to the Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, RN, LPN, and Medical Assistant
