DETAILS:
Manages the care of patients in collaboration with other health professionals and members of the health care team to have an effective integration and coordination of the clinical department
Prescribes or administers treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury
Weekday schedule with only 1 Saturday schedule a month
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Experience in community health settings preferred
