Deliver direct patient care
Share on-call coverage with other clinicians
Serve as a Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner supervisor
Serve as a preceptor to healthcare students, upon CMO approval
Document and complete each encounter in the EHR within 72 hours.
Provide leadership to the healthcare team through positive role modeling.

Attendance and participation in all medical Staff Meetings, Continuous Quality Improvement Meetings, and Leadership Meetings as assigned.
Assists CMO in establishing medical policies, evaluating existing policies, and developing changes in policies as necessary.

Qualifications:
Ca License
CPR Certification
Ability to build positive relationships with staff and medical providers, to work as a team
Coach and empower staff to provide exceptional patient care and staff experience.
Bilingual preferred, languages Punjabi, Portuguese and Spanish
