With direction from the Chief Health Officer, the Associate Chief Medical Officer will function as the assistant clinical leader for Swope Health (SH).

He/she will be responsible for recommending changes and enhancements to clinical criteria, utilization methods, reimbursement methods and treatment protocols.

In conjunction with the Chief Health Officer, the Associate Chief Medical Officer apprises medical staff members of current trends and developments in healthcare delivery

Mix of 60% direct patient care with 40% admin.

Required:
MO/KS state licensed. Licensing costs reimbursed by Swope
Minimum of 3 years with demonstrated leadership experience or 5 years experience practicing as a physician
Demonstrated professional competence and ethical conduct of practice.
