Phone Only | Rotated Weekly Every 7 Weeks

Sign-On Bonus: $10000

Compensation:

$185,000 to $205,000 (Package prorated for .6 FTE)
Based on experience
Quarterly incentives Bonus Program for all Physicians

DETAILS:
Provide continuous, comprehensive primary care for infants, children, youth, and adults according to current standards of care
Make diagnoses and prescribe medication as necessary
