Based at our corporate office, travel to other locations is required

Facilitates, coordinates, directs, and manages all medical provider coverage
Monitors the professional, clinical, and administrative aspects of the appropriateness, timeliness, and quality of care provided to the patients.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Active NYS license.
At least five years of recent experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in an ambulatory care setting.
Understands and is able to articulate the concepts of an interdisciplinary team model with a focus on outcome measurements.
