Hours:

Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm | Optional ER Coverage 5 pm - 7 am 1 day per week with Post ER Coverage Day Off (Option to Split for 2 Half Days)

Call Schedule:

Optional 1:3 nurse practitioner backup call; Optional emergency room coverage 5 pm - 7 am 1 day per week (Monday-Friday)

Loan Repayment

Sign-On Bonus: $20000

Compensation:

$230,000 Base Salary

Additional compensation
$1,200 per overnight shift for emergency room coverage
$300/overnight nurse practitioner backup call

Relocation Allowance of up to $10,000 to be applied toward moving expenses

Monthly Stipend for Physicians in Residency

The ideal candidate enjoys a small-town atmosphere and wants to care for neighbors and friends with a team-based approach to care.

Provide primary care using a team-based approach in the clinic
Option to round on your own patients in the hospital, or admit to the hospitalist

Optional Responsibilities for Additional Compensation:
Emergency room coverage one night per week (5 pm - 7 am, Monday - Friday)
Backup call coverage for nurse practitioners

ER response time is 30 minutes - overnight accommodations in the hospital are available

Qualifications:
TX license
