Compensation is based on a salary range of $222k $344k, which is negotiable, based on experience.
$25,000 annual bonus earning potential based on quality and productivity

Provides leadership for the clinical operations of Family Healthcare of Hagerstown by providing administrative direction and clinical involvement surrounding patient care.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provides both administrative and clinical services. Must be willing to see patients in a clinical setting, 3-4 days per week.
Determines staffing needs of family medicine practice, which also include physician and support staff
Provides supervision of clinical providers
Supports the financial oversight for budgets and operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be board-certified, MD state-licensed, BLS/ACLS required along with CDS & DEA
2 years preferred in fulfilling administrative duties within an FQHC or similar practice
Demonstrated leadership experience in a prior role.
