Compensation:

Salary is based on education, experience, responsibility, and language proficiency with additional compensation for bilingual (Spanish/English) providers

Benefits:

Health insurance; 100% of premiums paid for employee, 50% for spouse/dependents
Will cover 80% of out of pocket costs up to a limit of $4,000 for spouses on their own plans

Reimbursement for a portion of contact/glasses cost
8% retirement beginning on the first day of employment

Additional Info:
The Family Physician is a member of the crossdisciplinary team that includes nurse practitioners, medical assistants, nurses, behavioral health, and other support staff.

Responsibilities:
Offer family practice primary care to the patient population at MCHCC
Provide clinical leadership for the care team
Meet with the care team twice daily to review upcoming appointments and individual patient needs
Serve as a collaborating physician on collaborative practice agreements for nurse practitioners and midwives

Qualifications:
DEA and Controlled Substance Registration Certification required
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Trauma informed care approach preferred
Motivational interviewing training preferred
