The Family Medicine ACGME Program Director at La Maestra Family Clinic is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and strategic direction of the Family Medicine Residency Program. This role involves ensuring the program meets all ACGME requirements, overseeing resident education and training, and fostering a learning environment that promotes excellence in patient care, medical education, and community service. The Program Director plays a crucial role in advancing the clinic's mission to provide comprehensive, culturally competent care to underserved populations while developing the next generation of family medicine physicians. The PD will dedicate 0.5 FTE to the Family Medicine Residency Program, and the remaining FTE time will include direct patient care as a Family Medicine provider.

Additional requirements include three years of experience teaching medical students, residents, or fellows.
