Join our new Nexus Park, an innovative health & wellness park in partnership with Columbus Regional Hospital CRH. CRH is part of a new initiative to transform a regional recreation area into a medical access point. This will be a brandnew facility, catering to several diverse populations from over 10 counties.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide treatment in an outpatient setting by establishing care, and treating patient panels ranging from children to adults.
Provide acute office visits, physicals, new patient visits, annual wellness visits, medicare wellness visits, and follow-up on established visits
LPN, RN, and MA-OB support staff available to physician staff
Some inpatient rounding may be required, contingent on practice needs

Work schedule consists of 36 patient-facing hours (4 hr block of
administrative time)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Indiana state licensed
BE/BC
Accepting new grads/ H1-B visas
