Salary starts at $230,000 and increases based on experience

DETAILS:
Performs physical examinations of new and existing patients and determines x-ray
examinations and clinical laboratory tests required
Provide care face-to-face and by telehealth services
Interprets examination findings and test results, and implements treatment plans
Function as the collaborating physician for mid-level positions
May teach family practice residents and medical students
Role will be split between our two sites: 1 day in the Blue Island location and 4 days in the 60621 Chicago location
