Our FQHC offers primary and specialty care, dental, behavioral health, audiology, and therapy services to over 7,000 patients.

What you'll do:
Diagnose and treat patients using evidence-based medicine
Practice in a certified NYS Patient-Centered Medical Home
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and supervise clinical support staff

What we're looking for:
MD or DO with a NY license and completed residency
Board certification and outpatient or primary care experience preferred
Ability to obtain or already possess your MAT waiver

Clinic hours: Monday & Wednesday 8 am 6 pm; Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 8 am - 8 pm
