DETAILS:
Primary location will be Canby, MN with responsibilities in Clear Lake, SD
Currently 2 FM and 3 APPs on staff
Attached to a 25-bed critical access hospital
Call is 1 weekend/month and 1 night during the week
Surgery outreach and other subspecialties
Saturday clinic 9-12pm - on call provider covers this
Average of 80 ER visits/month
Nursing home onsite/connected to the hospital
Assisted living apartments are also onsite
The ED is a Level 4 trauma center
