Compensation:

$240,000 starting salary + productivity bonuses.
1. Providers who meet the 18 billable patients daily average per month criteria will receive a $1,000 monthly incentive, subject to applicable taxes.
2. Providers who meet the 20 billable patients daily average per month criteria will receive a $1,500.00 incentive, subject to applicable taxes.
3. Providers who meet the monthly goal for three consecutive months will receive an additional $500 bonus.

$10,000 signon bonus: $3,000 paid after the first 3 months of employment, $3,000 paid after 6 months, and the remaining $4,000 after 12 months.

The package would be prorated for providers looking for parttime.

Additional Info:
The Family Practice Physician (MD/DO) provides primary and continuing medical care to patients at Brighter Beginnings Family Health Clinics (BBFHC). Physicians consider physical, emotional, and social factors when diagnosing illness and developing treatment plans. Patients may be referred to specialty or hospital care as needed.

Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat acute and chronic conditions; perform histories, examinations, diagnostics, prescribing, and referrals. Provide preventive care, immunizations, chronic disease management, and patient education. Maintain accurate documentation using Electronic Health Records (eClinicalWorks) and ensure HIPAA compliance. Participate in quality assurance, chart reviews, and protocol development.

Requirements: Active or pending CA medical license and board eligibility or certification in Family Medicine.
