Education and Licensing Requirements:

Candidate must be board certified or board eligible and licensed to practice medicine in the State of California
Practice medicine in the State of California
Current, valid and unsuspended State of California medical licensure.
DEA Xlicense required (waiver)
Current CPR certification required
Experience:

At least 2 years experience working with underserved, lowincome persons or homeless persons preferred.
