Compensation:

Salary is based on education, experience, responsibility, and language proficiency with additional compensation for bilingual (Spanish/English) providers

Benefits:

Health insurance; 100% of premiums paid for employee, 50% for spouse/dependents
Will cover 80% of out of pocket costs up to a limit of $4,000 for spouses on their own plans

Additional Info:
The Dental Team includes Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, a Dental Care Coordinator, an Interim Dental Director, a Treatment Plan Specialist, and Front Office.

Administrative Duties
Consult with the Dental Care Coordinator and Interim Dental Director to help coordinate the operations and leadership of the site.
Provide clinical supervision the Dentists, Dental Hygienists, and Dental Assistants
Provide daily clinical oversight and consultation to the rest of the dental team

Responsibilities
Collaborates with dental team members to address the dental needs of patients by providing integrated, patient-centered preventative dental care and/or making referrals
Coordinates with medical patient care teams to provide comprehensive, integrated care to patients

Qualifications:
DEA and Controlled Substance Registration certification
Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center dental program preferred
Spanish Bilingual preferred
