As our Dental Director, you will not only be providing impact to a diverse patient panel of Long Island, New York but also do our staff dentists and dental support staff.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Be part of making a difference as you will be providing continuity of care to an underserved patient population as well as spreading your expertise to our dental support staff
Responsible for providing leadership and support
Establishes work schedules and assigns dental staff members to maximize efficient use of staff
Develops quality assurance plans and participates in health care committees as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:
Role will be primarily clinical, with 15% of job duties being administrative. Candidates must be comfortable providing care to a patient panel within the full lifespan, child to adult
Must have experience in a leadership role, providing training, oversight, and administration of a dental staff
