As a healthcare provider within our organization, you will have the opportunity for professional development and expansion of clinical skills by providing care to underserved populations including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.

Responsible for providing leadership and support to our dental staff
Establish work schedules and assigns dental staff members to maximize efficient use of staff
Develops quality assurance plans and participates in health care committees as necessary
40 hour work-week! No additional workload beyond clinic hours of operation!

QUALIFICATIONS:
Role will be primarily clinical, with 15% of job duties being administrative. Candidates must be comfortable providing care to a patient panel within the full lifespan, child to adult
Must have experience in a leadership role, providing training, oversight, and administration of a dental staff
